Omega Mark ll Tropical ref.145.014 de 1969

In 1969, the same year Omega broke through terrestrial barriers and set foot on the moon, they also introduced the revamped Speedmaster Mark II, a watch with an aerodynamic and futuristic case.

Some of these watches were more susceptible to color changes on the dial due to pigmentation issues in the early years of production, especially when exposed to sunlight for long periods of time. This is the case with the present watch, which was worn daily by the original owner for over 40 years.
