How long will it take for my watch to arrive?

If payment is received before 4:00 PM (Mexico City time), your watch will be shipped on the same business day. International deliveries typically take from 1 business day for the USA to a maximum of 10 business days for the Middle East and Asia.

How is my watch shipped?

Your watch will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and housed within its original box or a sturdy travel case provided by us, ensuring its safety until you receive it. Shipping is conducted via DHL Express Service Overnight Shipping®. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking guide and our team will monitor the delivery process until you confirm receipt of the package.

Do you offer personal delivery?

Yes, we can arrange for personal deliveries worldwide for select purchases. Please note, however, that this service may incur additional costs based on the location and nature of the delivery. Do you accept watches as part-payment?

Yes, we may consider accepting your watch as part or full payment for one of our pieces. To request this service, please send clear photos and illustrative videos of your watch's condition via WhatsApp to +52 33 3117 0403. Our team will evaluate the images and videos and get back to you with a potential offer.

How do I pay for the watch?

For less expensive watches, payments can be made through Paypal® or Mercado Pago® with an additional charge of 4.5%. For watches valued over $3,500 USD (equivalent to $70,000 MXN using an exchange rate of 20 MXN per 1 USD), payment should be made via international bank transfer or deposit to the provided bank accounts. Please note that any associated international transaction fees will be borne by the buyer. Also, be aware that these prices are subject to changes based on current market exchange rates.
