Returns

  1. In accordance with the provisions of these Delivery Conditions, you may return the received products once you have contacted our customer service department at Relojes de Lujo México® at +52 33 3389 4012, and such request has been authorized due to discrepancies in the description or mechanical problems exclusively. This is the only way in which your return can be processed.

    If you decide to return your order without any of the causes established in the following paragraph, we will refund the full purchase price, provided that the following conditions and requirements are met: (I) The watch remains in the same condition as it was delivered, unused, and has not suffered significant, irreparable, or severe damage attributable to you (no returns if the watch has signs of use or any of its components have been replaced). (II) The watch is returned in its original packaging, including the box, wrapping, or any other packaging in which it was delivered. The original labels must remain attached to the watch in their original form, in the case of a new watch, without being detached. (III) The return is made within a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date you received the product. (IV) You provide evidence that the product was purchased on the Relojes de Lujo México® website. If the watches are not returned in compliance with the mentioned conditions and requirements, Relojes de Lujo México® has the right to charge you or not refund the price of the products or the expenses derived from their return.

    In the case of returning the watch without any specific cause due to your retraction from the purchase, we will refund the full purchase price as well as the expenses related to the shipping of the products to your attention. You must follow the steps and instructions described in the section entitled "Product Return with Logistic Provider" (see section regarding instructions for "Product Return with Logistic Provider").

    If your order has been dispatched: (i) with the wrong item; or (ii) unsatisfactory in relation to the ordered watch, meaning it does not correspond to the brand, specifications, and other substantial elements under which it was offered, except for quality claims regulated in Section XVII of this contract, you may return the watch as long as the following conditions and requirements are met: (i) the watch remains as it was sent, unused, and has not suffered significant, irreparable, or severe damage attributable to you; (ii) the product is returned with the original packaging, box, and labels; (iii) it is within a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date you received the watch, and (iv) you provide evidence that the product was purchased on the Relojes de Lujo México® websites. You will have the option to exchange the watch at the office of Relojes de Lujo México® in accordance with the rules governing this section.

    Relojes de Lujo México® will only accept one product return on the same order.

    Relojes de Lujo México® will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance of your return. Once you receive this email, if your payment was made by credit or debit card, your refund will be processed within 10 (ten) business days. If the payment was made through a bank transfer or deposit to our account, you should call the Customer Service area at +52 33 3389 4012 to obtain the reference number with which you can collect your refund in cash at a bank branch, according to the process established in the section entitled "Requirements for cash withdrawal of refund at a bank teller" or the return of said interbank transfer within 10 business days.
