Omega Constellation De-Luxe 18K Oro Blanco 14393 de 1962
Omega Constellation De-Luxe 18K Oro Blanco 14393 de 1962
Released in 1952, the Omega Constellation was considered one of the most accurate and reliable wristwatches of its time. Since its initial release, the Constellation has remained one of the flagship models of the brand, still in production to this day. Encased in an elegant 35mm diameter case with beautifully sculpted lugs, is a sleek silver dial with a satin finish and diamond-set indices. While most collectors would associate early examples of the Constellation with "pie-dial" dials, a wide range of dials were made at that time. The present example belongs to the "De Luxe" collection, as it features a white gold case with diamond-set indices that combine very well with a touch of extravagance. Presented in an attractive overall condition, the present lot is additionally accompanied by an Extract from the Archives issued by Omega confirming the manufacturing date of this watch in 1962 and its subsequent delivery to Hong Kong.
